Carolyn Brown is a functional + integrative dietitian and the co-founder of Indigo Wellness. She has worked with clients in groups and 1-on-1 for over a decade, and has witnessed thousands of transformations and wellness upgrades. Carolyn has taken everything that she knows actually works, from specific ingredients to community, and condensed it into an inspiring WOW Week for you. What's WOW all about?

WOW, you can feel so much better in a week.

We don't believe in going too extreme or restrictive in order to feel great. WOW Week is our version of a reset week. It's 7 days where we mainly focus on adding veggies, water, spices & secret weapons, and we do give up sugar, alcohol, & gluten.

Participants tend to feel more energized, like they're sleeping better, they have less brain fog and bloat, their digestion is on point, and they have new habits & community to support them every step of the way.

Following our WOW plan means that you're mostly cooking, but if you're in a pinch, ordering in or going out for a meal is totally okay. It also means that if you're in a situation where you need to be flexible with the rules or you're going to go hungry, you fuel yourself with the best options you can. You don't throw all your effort & progress out the window if you're not perfect.

We're going very veggie forward, but with the option to add fish, eggs, and bone broth.

This is not a strict weight loss week, but if that's a goal, cool! We have several weight loss tweaks & suggestions in our guidebook. Cleaning up your food for a week always tends to make your clothes fit better, your skin feel glowier, and your mood way better too.

Mainly, this is meant to be a take-amazing-freaking-care of you week. Anything beyond that is icing on the (gluten free, dairy free, organic) cake.
